Exchange / Returns
Best Dressed Pets will gladly accept an exchange if another size is needed or if you want to change the style however we can only exchange your item(s) if they are unused, still tagged and returned within 14 days from date of dispatch from us to you. Sale items are excluded for exchange unless proven faulty. Please note the condition of all returned items must meet management’s standards for resale before exchange or credits will be issued. Please notify us via email at email@example.com for an exchange. All returns should be clearly marked with your name, address and order number. Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. Unfortunately Best Dressed Pets cannot confirm receipt of your return. We recommend that you use a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery. We CANNOT accept liability for non-receipt of returned goods.
Store Credits / Refunds
Best Dressed Pets does not give out refunds. Please choose carefully. If returning a product, Best Dressed Pets will offer an exchange or a store credit to the value of the product as long as you return your item(s) unused, still tagged and returned within 14 days from date of dispatch. Sale items are excluded from store credits or exchange unless proven faulty.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES GIVEN ON CLEARANCE OR SALE STOCK
Please do not contact us and ask for an exception to our return policy. Whether you read our return policy or not, once you have checked out, you have agreed to it. You are responsible for cost to reship items back to us for a return or exchange. Returns will be at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to make a final decision about the condition of all items returned to us.You are held responsible for any damage caused by your pet to products. Please return all items in the condition you would like to receive your items. You do not want to receive the above pet products used, so please respect our return policy.
Best Dressed Pets endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects. If however an item is damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). If you fail to contact us within the 48 hour timeframe to report the defect we will consider this item as 'worn' and usual wear and tear and a replacement will not be granted.
We will not replace any items that are due to misuse. If a customer believes that a product may be defective, it is the responisibility of the customer to ship back to Best Dressed Pets and to incur the postage fees. Best Dressed Pets will inspect the product and will officially determine whether the product is deemed to be defective. Decisions will be final. Our online store is constantly changing so keep in touch for all the latest products from around the world.

We offer regular delivery anywhere in Australia, however, we provide an option for the cautious minded. If you prefer receiving your products via 'registered post' (where you sign for the parcel) then select this option. If you would like your order to get to you sooner, we also offer an Express Post delivery service which aims to deliver your parcel by the next business from when dispatched (subject to metropolitan areas only).

If your package exceeds this price we will call you before despatch to confirm the price. Special rates apply for bulky items (see above) and will be indicated against the product. If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence or by customer providing incorrect shipping information the customer will be contacted by phone and payment will be required to re-send the item.
Best Dressed Pets aims to ship all items within 24 hours of payment being identified into our Paypal account.
